I had my first surgury in April and I have questions for those of you out there that have any knowledge about tummytucks....I had a full tummytuck and arm lift, now four months later I have quite a bit of fat in the front and sides of my waist...I expected this to be gone after the tummytuck. I never saw any bruising or lipo marks after my surgury as I have seen on others.  Does liposuction usually come with a full tummytuck??  I sent pics to my surgeon and he said I needed three areas of lipo and it would cost an additonal 3K.  Let me know what you think, please?!
