I am planning on having Endobrow/Mid Face Lift, Lower Lids, and submental Liposuction.  I am a 44 year old man.  I have been reading about these procedures on the internet.  I have a pre-surgery meeting with the surgeon Sept 15 and will decide if all this should be done and hopefully get a surgery date.  I am looking into if my absence from work can be covered by FMLA.  The FMLA person said that no one had requested this surgery before and she would find out if it would be approved.  Any first hand experiences you could share would mean a lot to me.
